Mid Century Danish Banana Curved Sofa in Yellow Velvet, 1950's
This two seat banana sofa was produced in the 50's in Denmark. It is made of solid wood and we had it fully restored. The sofa has been stripped down, all the insides were replaced, foams, inner linen, support belts, and upholstered in extra soft yellow velvet. Wooden legs have been sanded and secured with special wood oils. Sofa features sprung seat which makes it very comfortable and the comfort will last many years. Fabrics used are the highest quality. The shape has been kept in every detail as the original.
