About Us
LOFTME, based within easy reach of London, specializes in Mid Century Vintage, quality furniture. We focus only on original pieces that are carefully selected. Since the company was founded we have sold thousands of items in a variety of styles. Our upholsterers are experts in their profession, giving old vintage furniture a new lease of life. Creating something very unique, a personalized item, that can be passed down through generations.
Whether you want to create a seating area in your home, pub, bar, restaurant or have a similar ongoing project, you can rely on us to supply you with stylish and sympathetically made mid century modern furniture to achieve the design you are looking for and to inspire you and your space.

Once you find something that you cannot take your eyes off, you can order the item online to avoid missing out. Simply follow our purchase procedure where you will be able to choose to have your goods delivered to your door or to collect from our dispatch centre.

Payments
We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Dinners, plus PayPal and Bank Transfer. You may also pay in Cash at our store. Our checkout process is secured by HTTPS / TLS encryption (Transport Layer Security) which is the standard security technology for establishing an encrypted link between a web server and a browser. This link ensures that all data passed remain private and secure. Additionally, our payment gateway offers the highest level of security certification (PCI DSS Level 1).

Collections
​
We will notify you once your order is ready for collection and will schedule day and time. All collections from our warehouse must be pre-arranged.
Returns
Online

We are confident you will be delighted with your purchase from LOFTME LTD. However, if you change your mind for any reason then simply inform us by email (info@loftme.co.uk) within 14 days of receiving delivery. You will then have a further 14 days to return the item, in original condition, for a full refund. We do not refund delivery charges and you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us, unless an item is found to be faulty or not as described. Items returned damaged or altered will not be refunded. We do not offer refunds on any custom-made items.

In-Store

Items purchased in person from our store. We cannot offer refunds for items purchased in our shop as our items are sold as seen. If you do change your mind and decide to return the item we can offer you a credit note to spend with us (this can be used in store or online). However, you must notify us that you wish to return the item(s) within 7 days of purchase. You can do this by sending us an email to info@loftme.co.uk – you will then have a further 14 days to return the item to us (please note our return address might not be the same as where the item was purchased). You will be responsible for returning/cost of returning the goods back to us. The goods must be in the same condition as when the item was purchased.
