How to Order
Once you find something that you cannot take your eyes off, you can order the item online to avoid missing out. Simply follow our purchase procedure where you will be able to choose to have your goods delivered to your door or to collect from our store.
Our store is now open back again and you are more than welcome to visit us. Due to the current Government guidance, we are kindly asking you to make an appointment before coming. This way we can avoid larger gatherings and ensure a full safety for all our customers is provided. Our current opening days and hours are listed below. We are going to update them on daily base. Please be so kind to make an appointment via email or phone.
For your own safety, you will be offered a mask, sanitizer gel and gloves on your arrival.
All visits to our store to be pre-arranged only.
We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Dinners, plus PayPal and Bank Transfer. You may also pay in Cash at our store. Our checkout process is secured by HTTPS / TLS encryption (Transport Layer Security) which is the standard security technology for establishing an encrypted link between a web server and a browser. This link ensures that all data passed remain private and secure. Additionally, our payment gateway offers the highest level of security certification (PCI DSS Level 1).

In House Deliveries
Our delivery choices remain in place to ensure that customers can receive their goods, whether selecting a safe place for our driver to leave the parcel or arranging to collect from our warehouse.
For customers who want to accept deliveries at home but are self-isolating or wish to minimise physical contact, our courier partner will knock or ring the bell and will then step away to a safe distance. If the consumer advises that they wish not to sign on the delivery recipient note, the driver will ask for their name and take a photo of the premises.
We will notify you once your order is ready for collection and will schedule day and time.
For your own safety, you will be offered a sanitizer gel on your arrival.
All collections from our warehouse to be pre-arranged.
We are confident you will be delighted with your purchase from LOFTME LTD. However, if you change your mind for any reason then simply inform us by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 14 days of receiving delivery. You will then have a further 14 days to return the item, in original condition, for a full refund. We do not refund delivery charges and you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us, unless an item is found to be faulty or not as described. Items returned damaged or altered will not be refunded. We do not offer refunds on any custom-made items.
Items purchased in person from our store. We cannot offer refunds for items purchased in our shop as our items are sold as seen. If you do change your mind and decide to return the item we can offer you a credit note to spend with us (this can be used in store or online). However, you must notify us that you wish to return the item(s) within 7 days of purchase. You can do this by sending us an email to – you will then have a further 14 days to return the item to us (please note our return address might not be the same as where the item was purchased). You will be responsible for returning/cost of returning the goods back to us. The goods must be in the same condition as when the item was purchased.
