An exceptional Model 68 swivel lounge chair by Madsen & Schubell, Denmark, dating from the 1960s.
A striking example of Danish mid-century design, featuring a beautifully sculptural, high-backed form with deep button detailing and generous proportions. The chair combines a swivel base with a reclining mechanism, allowing the seating position to be adjusted for exceptional comfort.
Professionally restored and newly upholstered in premium ivory bouclé, which complements the organic curves while giving the chair a fresh, contemporary appearance. The contrasting timber and metal swivel base retains the distinctive character of the original design.
