Arne Wahl Iversen — Three-Seater Sofa for Komfort, Denmark, 1970s

A beautifully proportioned Danish three-seater sofa designed by Arne Wahl Iversen and produced by Komfort in the 1970s. This model perfectly represents the understated elegance and craftsmanship typical of Scandinavian modern furniture.
The sofa features a solid teak frame with gently sculpted armrests and tapered legs, giving the piece a light architectural appearance while highlighting the beautiful grain of the wood. The frame has been carefully refreshed and finished with natural oils, bringing out the warmth and depth of the teak.
The seat and back cushions have been newly upholstered in premium ivory boucle, adding a vibrant colour contrast to the warm timber structure. The upholstery enhances the sofa’s clean lines while maintaining the comfortable and relaxed seating typical of Danish lounge furniture.
