Grete Jalk Teak Coffee Table, Denmark, 1960s

A beautifully crafted mid-century teak coffee table designed by Grete Jalk for Glostrup Møbelfabrik. This elegant piece showcases Jalk’s signature Scandinavian minimalism—light, refined, and functional.
The table features a long, streamlined teak top with subtly raised edges, giving it a gentle organic profile. Beneath, a slatted teak magazine shelf provides practical storage while maintaining an airy and balanced aesthetic.
The teak has been carefully preserved, showing a warm tone and attractive grain that highlight the quality craftsmanship typical of Glostrup’s production.
A timeless Danish design classic that fits effortlessly into both modern and vintage interiors.
